The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society reports that in the three months since the Technology Crime Prevention and Suppression Act took effect on April 13, 2025, authorities prevented nearly X billion baht in online crime damages.

The law upgraded the Anti Online Scam Operation Center to the Technology Crime Prevention and Suppression Operation Center (TCPROC), which manages reports, freezes accounts, analyzes data, and prosecutes cases more efficiently.

From April XX to July 20, TCPROC blocked XXXXXX gambling sites, XXXXXX scam platforms, froze XXXXXXX bank accounts, and handled XXXXXX cases, preventing about XXXX billion baht in fraud losses.
