During the run up, you buy every dip. After it tops, you bid the cascade of stops and liquidations (major liquidity sweep). Then you get a range trade or two.. price sweeps the low, trades to the high then it sweeps the high and trades to the low. After this you start to get into chop territory. $BTC's inability to breakout and start closing above 120K leads me towards that opinion at the moment. With that said, there is still time. A strong move within the next day or two is still very acceptable, but beyond that and things likely get quite choppy. Chop is where you give back the money you made in the run up, the liquidity sweep, and the range trades. Price action goes from goal oriented where technicians strive to extractive where levels are disrespected and signals don't provide follow up. Chop is what you want to avoid. Good luck.
