@0xAnthraX @_Enoch @tayvano_ Different roles so different rules.

 Certain rules are imposed on banks because of their role as a custodian and transferror of assets.  Same with brokers & fin institutions. 

Had FTX/ others been subject or followed some of these rules, customers would have likely loss less
