I wouldn't focus on "a deal".
For $IREN specifically, I would love for them to scale over X verticals on X locations.
There doesn't need to be a single deal happening for me.
Preleasing Horizon for turnkey colocation, while allocating some MWs to GB300 cloud.
Energizing the B200/B300s in Prince George, while completing the new building and using the Horizon prelease contracts to finance 20k GPU purchase.
Build-to-suit in SW for 1GW and complement by mining. X year deal and then convert to cloud.
It's not a matter of weeks or months for me, this is just an on-going progress for the coming 12-18 months and it will happen gradually, then suddenly.
