1: is pretty borderline, X acquisition was not normal “we will build Toyota factory in Ohio” stuff. And Biden blocked it initially, prob extremely unpopular with all unions. Trump unblocked it and it went through in June right? 

2: think this is pretty complicated but it creates a lot of jobs and increases productivity for host country? Just seems super good vs importing from that country or not having the factory at all.
