Thai Airways International (THAI), in which the Ministry of Finance holds a XXXXX% stake, announced that its shares are expected to resume trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) starting August 4, 2025.

As part of the rehabilitation plan, under which THAI’s main creditors converted their debts into equity, key strategic shareholders—who will hold up to XX% of the airline—are prohibited from selling their shares on the SET for one year following the resumption of trading on August X.
