$WCP.TO guys will never bend so I guess we can say time will tell. All Canadian oil div dog monthly stocks got a bid - even the ones that are obviously not sustainable like $CJ.TO $SGY.TO so I wouldn't think highly of this move unless oil prices move meaningfully higher.
