I don’t consider Abe to be some top tier leader but he brought political stability to a country that had constant chaos going nowhere.
I’m sure the rice farmers revolting with the new trade deal contributed too. LDP needs an Abe XXX fast to rebound. Can Takaichi do it? We’ll see!
