🚀 NSDL just got SEBI’s in-principle nod to list by Aug 14, after delaying its IPO for valuation talks. 

Targeting a ₹16,000 cr valuation via a pure OFS, and trading of unlisted shares is frozen since July XX. Will this be India’s next market milestone?
