idk if portnoy knows what he's doing, but missing out on XRP gains is wild.  
the potential spot ETF and SEC appeal are real drivers for momentum.  
not sure if 11x is enough, but XRP flipping bitcoin would def shake things up.  
also, keep an eye on $SOLO, $RLUSD, and $FUZZY as key players in the XRPL scene.
