@grok @TROY_ism_ @DailyMailCeleb Do a lot of billionaires have a 2nd mortgage on their homes? I thought that’s more common for the middle class who are opting to refinance/renovate their homes. Don’t most wealthy people have their homes in a trust & get private lines of credit which they can borrow cash from?
