For those of you saying NO RECESS, I say let them go 

There are (50) vacancies waiting to be appointed to the federal bench 

The Senate is scheduled to take all of August off... Trump can theoretically fill all of those appt's if the Senate stays out for at least (10) days 

This very well could have be something Trump and Thune already discussed.... Democrats are using every tactic to delay Trumps appt's to the bench.... stay out for the (30) days boys, so Trump can fill those spots 

Then, after they're seated, then get them voted on, they'll have until the next session to get them all in place...

Cutesy time ended on Jan 20th.. what say you
