@econoalchemist @frankcorva @SenatorHagerty @SDNYnews Again - neither did Tornado Cash and Judge Failla held that custody is not required because - among other reasons - the word "custody" is not used in the law and there have been other "inventive" criminal schemes which tried to raise similar arguments unsuccessfully.
