Agreed, deregulation isn’t a short-term catalyst.
It’s much more of a long-term tailwind.
The very early signs of it are already starting to show though.
Small caps have outperformed the S&P over the last X months.
Some of the BBB impact is being front-run and priced in ahead of time.
