I’m just going to say it… You don’t have to wear gym clothes outside of the gym. 
In actual fact it’s preferable if you don’t. 
No one, and I mean NO ONE, wants to see you in spandex 24/7, I don’t care how ‘bangin’🤦🏻‍♂️ you think you look. 
It just screams laziness and a total lack of class and style.
