[*] From what I gather: 
~2d from infusion: viral capsid  is presented on hepatocyte MHC1 and viral dna sensed by innate immune system (liver is main sink for $srpt viral vector). Innate immune system triggers cytokine release and local immune reaction causing small vessel thrombosis / angiopathy. 
~few weeks: T cells against the capsid proliferate and return to liver
~1-2 months: T cells attack capsid presenting hepatocytes (liver enzymes flare)
~2-3 months: depending on extent of damage from thrombosis and hepatocyte death patients can progress to liver injury
