Most of the world lives on low cost index funds. They sell as they need cash flow in retirement. If assets appreciate, and if the world is denominated in fiat, it's fair to sell what you need to buy the good/service.

This is the same concept with Bitcoin and Kaspa as long as fiat exists.

I'm not on a Kaspa standard. I've personally adopted a semi-Bitcoin standard. As kaspa grows, I may consider adopting the Kaspa standard.
