I bought my house/property for $125k.  During COVID it went up to ~$400k because a "similar" piece of shit house went for that much.

I add $100k every time they call.

$500k.  You have X days to accept, otherwise it goes up.

Actually had one call me back saying they wanted to do an inspection first.  I said "I'm out of town this week".

They called back the next week and I said $600k.  They hung up.
