@StephenMoore Fed did poor job on inflation and managing #SOMA portfolio. REALLY dumb in fact. Powell ought to repackage $2T of underwater MBS (maybe XX cents FV today) into @CMOs NOW and ask GSEs to sell paper into DURATION STARVED MARKET. Get those new GSEs prefs out soon @MarkCalabria....
