@im_roy_lee i mean from a comp pov

you dont gotta pay anyone 350k (and you shouldnt, it wont scale and you'll fuck your finances at that stage), but you def shouldnt skimp on any key hire from an equity pov and imo an early stage designer has outsized impact if they're great
