But "trying to undermine US relations with Israel" is not a valid reason and will never hold up in court. And we need to stop playing these little games. Don't detain people indefinitely, detain them and deport them immediately. There's a multitude of reasons to detain Mahmoud Khalil, not least of which is his support for foreign terrorist organizations and fomenting unrest on our streets and at universities.
But "trying to undermine US relations with Israel" is not a valid reason and will never hold up in court.
And we need to stop playing these little games. Don't detain people indefinitely, detain them and deport them immediately.
