They are going to get a suspended sentence, everybody needs to simmer down. 

Caselaw exists for a reason, and their lawyers can point to the fact that no one was imprisoned or sued after the G20, Occupy Wall Street or any of these Palestinian protests more recently, despite their being groups and individuals associated with their organization.  The harshness of the sentence that's be tabled will signal political bias or as being retributive in nature. 

No one is doing eight years for mischief.
