$CLRO: the stock price fell to reflect the issuance of the special stock dividend. Since the Class A redeemable preferred stock is not yet priced (or traded), it is not possible to accurately value the $CLRO stock price. As a result, the index quote is slightly lower than it should be, based on the full $CLRO price.
