I just watched a child on the hospital floor, no older than 3, disemboweled by Israel, surrounded by a dozen other children, who are either dead, half dead, or missing body parts. The alive ones are clearly in shock.

The doctors have no meds to treat them, so they are forced to die slow and painful deaths.
