$LDI should have a big catch up trade to $RKT. arguably a better target, given industry consolidation and need for permanent CEO leadership in a rapidly consolidating industry post $RKT $RDFN $COOP. $LDI has been lagging based on liquidity forced sales. fair value is much higher
