@AltayCapital @JapanDeepValue1 @ClarkSquareCap @ACapitalLP I think that’s way too cynical and strong of an interpretation. You win less than the activist but I think everyone can win. They don’t need to squeeze you for the last X% of upside. It’s obvious what the fastest path to IRR creation here and $GRVY minorities aren’t screwed in it
