Normally, I would have been behind @BennyGlaser winning POY: winners win! And he won THREE WSOP Bracelets! But, @TheGrinder44 did even better! He won the two most prestigious WSOP tourneys: The Main Event and the “Poker Players Championship.” Given a vote by the top XXX tourney players in the world, I am certain XX% would have given Grinder POY. The last XX% would have given it to Benny. How then, did Shaun win (Shaun’s close friends tell me that even he is a little embarrassed). Because the formula is flawed! Here are two specific suggestions—simple ones—for improving the formula: - Twice as many points for your second bracelet won - three times as many points for your third bracelet won Folks, it is hard to win!! Does anyone remember who finished 2nd in the Masters (McIllroy won)? Let’s reward those that take home the gold medals, the gold bracelets. I told @realkidpoker I would trade in my XX 2nd place finishes at WSOP for ONE gold bracelet!
