We're already seeing the delusional left, who couldn't foam at the mouth harder, demanding Trump be indicted for things like seditious conspiracy and treason, or for that matter, anything, are now transitioning over to making the stupid argument that Obama can't be indicted because he has presidential immunity.  

...Even going so far as to claim that the Supreme Court affirmed as much.   

The problem with their conclusion is that's not what the SCOTUS actually said.😁

Grok did a pretty good job of summarizing the decision (see below).

Turns out that initiating and managing a soft coup against the United States and an incoming (then sitting) President...after having just lost the election, mind you....isn't a part of a president's core constitutional powers.

To even try to argue otherwise is therefore absurd.
