The term "Levant" isn’t used in the Torah since it’s a modern geographical label for the Eastern Mediterranean region (including today’s Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, etc.).

The Torah refers to ancient places like Canaan, Israel, and surrounding lands, which are part of what we now call the Levant, but you won’t find the word itself in the text.
