@Ollieha64548720 I found it takes patience and to take emotion out of it. Many times I was too quick to buy as well as too quick to sell. The greater the risk the better the reward but be ready to lose as well. 
Maybe play it safe with XRP and might double $ this year if muse is stressing you.
