Hunter Biden used encrypted messaging apps to communicate with Chinese and Ukrainian contacts during periods of active classified briefings inside the Biden White House.

These messages were recovered from an archived iCloud backup — but never submitted as evidence during the original FBI investigation.

One of the flagged folders contained references to “ZTE” and multiple unnamed intermediaries.
Another discussed “logistics” during a scheduled State Department security call.

Officials inside the DOJ reportedly saw this data in late 2021 — and quietly sealed it.
There has still been no formal review.
