@chrisevanston @HoldenWalker99 @rule_of_law_guy @JoshRosner @BillAckman Why would a rating agency ding the US sovereign debt rating no matter what UST does with its FnF stake? UST already owns XXX% of the companies' economic value. Any resolution, SPS conversion or not, will reduce that number.
