I have never heard that any foundation or team ever was publicly announcing the criteria to be eligible for airdrop. They make the the rules and have a threshold for the points.

And also to remember 
SUI was fuking up the airdrop 
SEI was fuking up the airdrop 
and many more did .. and now look where they are.
