The program’s structural rot—overpayments to insurers, inflated drug prices, and administrative bloat—steals from seniors and taxpayers. Instead of empowering patients, D.C. lets middlemen profit off complexity.

Real reform means slashing red tape, exposing price-gouging, and redirecting funds to actual care—not more performative "efficiency" theater.
