I took a few pictures again (not this one), he came back and upon further inspection, it may be an Osprey. He is still pretty big. He's all brown when flying away, pure white breast and legs, big wingspan.

He was closer this time and let me get closer and kept his eyes on me. He got buzzed by a Bluejay so off he went.
