@chrisevanston @HoldenWalker99 @rule_of_law_guy @JoshRosner @BillAckman None of those has any influence over whether UST consolidates FnF's bal shts onto its own.

Also note second part of my quoted post, showing UST can own 99+% of FnF's equity value post-cship w/o owning a single common share.

Forced bal sht consolidation is not a concern at all.
