$FIGMA IPO is around a 12-14B Market cap 

That’s almost XX% less than what Adobe was trying to outright buy them for in 2021. 

You are getting in a sense equity into the company by buying at IPO prices as they have only grown YOY XX%

“The proposed $XX billion acquisition of Figma by Adobe has been terminated due to regulatory concerns. Both companies mutually agreed to cancel the merger after facing significant opposition from regulators in the UK and Europe who believed the deal would reduce competition. As part of the termination, Adobe will pay Figma a $X billion breakup fee”
