CCP’s Conflux XXX Pushes De-Dollarization in Belt and Road Blitz

From July 18-20, 2025, Conflux Blockchain 3.0, backed by (Chinese Communist Party) CCP-linked AnchorX and Eastcompeace, was unveiled in Shanghai, set to launch offshore RMB stablecoins and cross-border settlement systems in August, targeting Belt and Road nations with pilots in Central and Southeast Asia.
