Great company. Not much meaningful competition. Strong leader.

I don’t know this particular sector, but there’s much to be had in private surgical investment and $ISRG is the clear leader. Trim maybe but no reason to sell at all.

That’s what I would do if it was MY money and had a long term time frame. Winners keep winning.
