Hyperliquid's tokenomics are designed to route XX% of its trading fees back to the $HYPE token. This is a very aggressive and bullish mechanism. These fees are used to:

1) Buy back HYPE tokens: This creates constant buying pressure on the open market.

2) Redistribute to token holders: Primarily through staking rewards, aligning incentives with long-term holders.

3) Burn HYPE tokens: A portion of the bought-back tokens are sent to an unspendable address, permanently removing them from circulation and making the token deflationary over time.

4) This direct revenue capture and redistribution and burning mechanism is a core part of HYPE's value proposition and is frequently cited as a major driver of its price performance.
