Both go in hand, the more debt we have the more insure we are the more that debt creeps past how much we bring in... like poor people, always in a cycle of debt because they can't bring in more than they make. 

As I said before, the only way to really to increase value and decrease inflation would be to bring more money home and have less out for the world to use.  

We would have to reduce the amount out in the wild by Trillions.
