$STRR Merger of Equals:

Star Equity Holdings, Inc. announced that on May 21, 2025, it agreed to merge with Hudson Global, Inc., where each share of Star common stock will convert into XXXX shares of Hudson common stock. A special meeting for stockholder approval of the merger is scheduled for August 21, 2025, and the merger is expected to be taxable for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
