The 10th floor of XX Federal Plaza is an internment center—
no matter how many lies ICE and DHS tell.

Newly released video confirms what immigrant New Yorkers have said for months:
People are held for days to weeks
—no showers, no meds, no beds—
just floors, filth, and fear.

ICE says “it’s not a detention center.”
DHS says “conditions are fine.”
Lies.

Congressmembers tried to inspect the facility.
ICE illegally blocked them.
Public Law 116-93 guarantees oversight.

This isn’t law enforcement.
It’s state-sanctioned abuse,
designed to coerce people into signing away their rights.

🔹 65–72% of ICE detainees have no criminal record
🔹 Overstaying a visa? Not even a crime

This is illegal.
This is immoral.
