Had a great meeting this afternoon with Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte to discuss my No Tax on Home Sales Act!

My bill ELIMINATES the federal capital gains tax on the sale of your primary residence so you can keep the equity you earned, not send it to the IRS.
