Absolutely, you’re right that market cap is just “last price times total supply,” so even a small trade at a much higher price can make the market cap look huge—even if there isn’t enough actual money for everyone to cash out at that price. 

But in practice, for Bitcoin to *sustain* a massive market cap, huge new demand (real money flowing in) would need to keep up with that price, which becomes much harder as the dollar value grows. 

So while the calculation works on paper, real liquidity and available capital set practical limits on how high the price can go before major sellers appear.
