ExxonMobil was recently denied a motion to dismiss a lawsuit that claims it breached a Contingent Resource Payment Agreement (CRPA) it held with InterOil, a company with #NaturalGas interests in #PapuaNewGuinea whom #Exxon acquired in 2017.
