Your claim has nothing to do with the thread. The thread and claims are about TVL/asset issuance on Ethereum creating value for ETH holders. It doesn't. If gas fees and MEV aren't being paid, there isn't value accrual for ETH holders. TVL is only so useful as to it can be *used* to make those things happen, but the mere presence of TVL itself is not value accrual, which is what the thread was claiming. The chart in this attached tweet is the actual state of ETH value accrual keeping pace with its marketcap, despite TVL going up. X. L2s barely pay anything to post data onto L1. They can throttle their posting to avoid congestion fees on blob space. TVL is only so useful as to it can be used to make those things happen, but the mere presence of TVL itself is not value accrual, which is what the thread was claiming.
