this is the realest take i’ve seen in a while
i recently worked for a web3 game project few months ago as an ambassador and guess what, this was exactly what they lacked a story to back them, something to make players care beyond grinding and tokens, because without narrative, it’s just mechanics with no meaning, no character to embody and  no reason to return
