3/ Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act – not passed into law yet ❌

Purpose: This is essentially a privacy measure – it aims to stop the launch of government-run stablecoins

(Which could allow Uncle Sam to track/potentially restrict our spending in real-time)

Status: Passed the House by a narrow margin (219-217), on July XX. Still needs to pass the Senate
