1) Weirdly enough, you can ask for a supervisor at a traffic stop

2)  Good luck explaining why you pulled a guy over for "not having his headlights on" in broad daylight

3)  Even if he was being a non-compliant jerk (the traffic stop is not the time to pull this), you don't right hook the guy who is not resisting in any way...twice.
